SAGRA Fair: Conference on Energy Efficiency on March 4th and 5th

Within the 37th International Construction Fair "SAGRA" and the 5th Days of Energy Efficiency in Construction, on March 4th and 5th, 2015, the Conference “Energy Efficiency – sustainable construction, planning and project management” will be held, organized and under the general patronage of the Fund for Environmental Protection of the Federation of BiH and the German Society for International Cooperation GIZ, with the technical assistance of the Center for Economic, Technological and Environmental Development CETEOR from Sarajevo, reports the BiH news agency Patria.

The Days of Energy Efficiency in Construction aim to promote activities for more intensive investment and development of planned energy efficiency projects by initiating a discussion on the existing legal and institutional framework, as well as creating an environment for more efficient implementation and financing of EE and RES projects, and animating and supporting engineers and experts in the markets that the field of EE opens up.

This Conference presents an opportunity for all stakeholders in the field of EE and RES to meet and exchange experiences, with a specific emphasis on public administration, legislative institutions, financial and technical support organizations, relevant economic entities, scientific and professional workers, designers, consultants, as well as engineers from other related fields that are connected to energy/energy efficiency through their work.

The first day will be dedicated to legal regulations and options for financing EE and RES projects, and the second day is dedicated to energy experts. Participation in the conference is free, but registration is required. See more here
