Sadžid ef. Ramić among the eight best liaison officers in Hajj organization

(Patria) - Expert associate of the Office for Hajj and Umrah of the Riyaset of the Islamic Community in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Sadžid ef. Ramić, has been named one of the eight best liaison officers in Hajj organization for 2025, according to the selection of the Ministry of Hajj of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

This prestigious international recognition was awarded in competition with representatives from more than 70 countries worldwide, and it confirms the exceptional expertise, responsibility, and dedicated years of work of efendija Ramić in serving pilgrims and in the realization of the most demanding religious event in the Islamic world.

The Office for Hajj and Umrah expresses its pride in this significant recognition, which, as they state, confirms not only the individual contribution of ef. Ramić but also the systemic seriousness, professionalism, and dedication of the entire team of the Office. The recognition is also seen as a confirmation of the high organizational standards that the Islamic Community in Bosnia and Herzegovina has been successfully nurturing for years in the field of Hajj and Umrah organization, as well as the reputation it enjoys among Saudi institutions and international partners.

Sadžid ef. Ramić was born in 1976 in Šeher near Kalesija. He graduated from the Faculty of Fiqh at the Islamic International University in Medina. He served as the chief imam in the Majlis of the Islamic Community Vareš for a full 15 years. He has been actively participating in the organization of Hajj and Umrah for more than 20 years, and currently lives and works in Sarajevo as an employee of the Office for Hajj and Umrah of the Riyaset of the Islamic Community in BiH. He is married and has four children.
