US Announces Sanctions on Dodik and Alternative Television

(Patria) - The United States has expanded its list of sanctions related to corrupt practices worldwide, and as of today, individuals and companies operating in Bosnia and Herzegovina are on the list.

After the US Department of the Treasury announced an expanded list of sanctioned individuals and companies from Serbia, Croatia, Kosovo, and Bulgaria in December, who are linked to corruption and other illegal activities, the "black list" has now been extended to include companies and individuals from Bosnia and Herzegovina.

According to the updated list, sanctions imposed by the United States, related to Bosnia and Herzegovina, have been introduced for:

- Alternative Television from Banja Luka due to its connection with Milorad Dodik

- Milorad Dodik, member of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina
