182 anti-hail rockets fired from 61 stations in BiH yesterday

BANJA LUKA, (Patria) - The anti-hail prevention of Republika Srpska operated from 61 stations yesterday, from which 182 anti-hail rockets were fired.

In yesterday's situation, it was expected that hail-dangerous thunderstorm processes would occur. There were thunderstorm clouds within and around the protected territory. On several occasions, individual processes strengthened in the west, south of Prijedor, Banja Luka, Oštra Luka, and within the protected territory, Banja Luka, Prijedor, Kozarska Dubica, Laktaši, Srbac, Prnjavor, Stanari.

In the mountainous part of BiH, the processes existed and developed for a long time before they started moving north. They moved slowly. All hail-bearing processes were acted upon in accordance with the methodology. The occurrence of sleet and hail was reported at several anti-hail stations in the territory of Banja Luka, Vukosavlje, and Brčko District – according to the report from the Anti-Hail Prevention.
