Russian propaganda machinery held 'education' in Republika Srpska

(Patria) - The team of a Russian pro-war blogger who publishes under the name "Rybar" recently held an "education" in Serbia and the BiH entity of Republika Srpska on how to run channels on the Russian Telegram network.

In a post on the X platform, Rybar stated that it was an education for students, journalists, politicians and academics, "with the aim of creating and managing Telegram channels, organizing networks, distributing content and fighting disinformation."

Their goal, they say, is to show how one can manage without Twitter/X, Facebook and Instagram.

- We have long studied the West's approaches to waging information warfare against us. Now is the moment to apply our knowledge and teach our collaborators the right approaches and involve them in Telegram - the post states, adding that "the Balkans are just the beginning."
