Resolution condemning RS's attack on BiH's constitutional order included in the agenda

(Patrua) - The proposal of the Resolution condemning the attack by the authorities of Republika Srpska on BiH's constitutional order, with a call for decisive action by competent institutions to protect the constitutional order, preserve peace, and respect the Dayton Peace Agreement, has been included in the agenda of today's session of the House of Representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

"The House of Representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina clearly and unequivocally emphasizes that the Court of BiH, the Prosecutor's Office of BiH, the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council of BiH, and the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA), as institutions of Bosnia and Herzegovina exposed to illegal decisions of the authorities of the entity of Republika Srpska made at the session of the National Assembly of Republika Srpska held on 27.02.2025, were formed based on laws adopted in the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina through the regular parliamentary procedure, and that the prohibition of their work in the entity of Republika Srpska cannot be carried out in any other way than exclusively by adopting laws through the prescribed parliamentary procedure in the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina", the resolution states.

The resolution was submitted by MPs from SDA and DF in the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH.
Although it was included in the agenda of today's session, it is questionable whether it will be voted on.
