Reisul-ulema Kavazović sends condolences to Turkey's religious leader

(Patria) - Reisul-ulema of the Islamic Community in BiH Husein-ef. Kavazović sent a message of sympathy and condolences to the President of the Religious Affairs Directorate of Turkey (Diyanet) and the country's supreme religious leader, Ali Erbaş, following yesterday's fire at a winter resort in which at least 76 people died.

"Esteemed President of Diyanet Erbaş, we received the news of the fire in Kartalkaya with sadness, which claimed numerous lives.

In such situations, as our faith teaches us, we only say what our Lord is pleased with, and that is that we all belong to Him and that ultimately we return to Him.

At the same time, we share the fraternal pain with you, the families of the victims, and the injured.

We pray for God's mercy for the victims and a speedy recovery for the injured. We are part of one body, and when a fraternal nation grieves, we grieve with you.

Once again, please accept our sincere condolences to you and the people of Turkey," reads, among other things, the condolences from reisul-ulema Kavazović.
