Reisu-l-ulema expressed condolences to the family of Sulejman Tihić

Reisu-l-ulema Husein ef. Kavazović, on the occasion of the passing of the Speaker of the House of Peoples of the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH and the President of the Party of Democratic Action, Sulejman Tihić, expressed his condolences in pain and sorrow to his family and friends. On this occasion, Reisu-l-ulema said:

- To the family and friends of Sulejman Tihić, in my personal name and on behalf of the Islamic Community, I express my deepest condolences in their pain and sorrow. The death of President Sulejman Tihić saddened all citizens, as a man dedicated to the general interest of society and the state has left this world.

The Islamic Community in Bosnia and Herzegovina highly values the patient work and full dedication of Sulejman Tihić to the affirmation of the state of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the prosperity of Bosnian society and all its peoples.

Sulejman Tihić deserves to be especially remembered by the Islamic Community as a valuable member of the community (džematlija), who made a great contribution to the reconstruction of returning communities (džemats) in Bosnia and Herzegovina, and especially in the reconstruction of the Mir Ahmed Mosque in his Bosanski Šamac.

I ask Allah Almighty to grant President Sulejman Tihić, our valuable community member (džematlija), beautiful Paradise, and his family patience and fortitude.
