Reis Kavazović: It is time to turn to each other, I appreciate Bishop Grigorije

(Patria) - On the occasion of the author's text by Bishop Grigorije, Bishop of Dusseldorf of the Serbian Orthodox Church, dedicated to the relations between Serbs and Bosniaks and the future of BiH as a common homeland for all people living in it, in which he emphasizes that problems between people can only be resolved by reason and words, and never by violence, the Rais al-ulama said that he greatly appreciates Bishop Grigorije.

– I was pleased by his communication and public statement. We are sons of this country and citizens of the state of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

By the nature of things, a person loves their homeland and its people. Most of our troubles came from neighboring countries or were at least initiated there. It is time to turn to each other, to look at each other, to help each other heal wounds by acknowledging what happened. To express empathy and ask for forgiveness.

Our conversation, which the esteemed bishop conveyed, its content and its continuation, still obligate us. I am on the same path. I hope we will continue to walk on it together in order to help our suffering and exhausted people and protect them from quarrelers and criminals – said Rais al-ulama Kavazović.
