Reis Kavazović invited ambassadors of Islamic countries

(Patria) - The Rais al-ulama of the Islamic Community in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Husein-ef. Kavazović, met today with the accredited ambassadors of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

At the meeting organized after the Friday prayer in the premises of the Gazi Husrev-beg Library, the ambassadors congratulated the Rais al-ulama on the upcoming holy month of Ramadan.

Rais al-ulama Kavazović thanked them for the congratulations, asking the ambassadors to convey to their kings, emirs, and presidents the gratitude of the Islamic Community and its members for the care they show towards Bosnia and Herzegovina and all its citizens.

The current situation in Bosnia and Herzegovina and the challenges it faces were also discussed at the meeting.

The Rais al-ulama expressed hope that this year's Ramadan in Bosnia and Herzegovina and the world will pass in peace and a spiritual atmosphere that will encourage responsible leaders to engage in building peace and understanding.
