The Council of Ministers of BiH, at the proposal of the Ministry of Finance and Treasury, adopted decisions on the base amount for calculating salaries for employees in the institutions of Bosnia and Herzegovina for 2016, which will amount to 475.69 BAM and has remained unchanged since 2012, when, due to budget savings, a reduction in salaries and regres was made, which amounts to 300.00 BAM.
