Reforms are a cover for the continuation of open plunder of public or national property

The price of labor or wages, according to the classics of economic theory, is a market category. Through wages, all contradictions between labor and capital are best observed.

The working class of the 19th and 20th centuries,  organized through unions and parties,  fought „bloodily“  for their rights. The slogan „Workers of the world, unite!“ is well known in these Balkan regions of ours. In the model of society that is behind us, it had  its various manifestations.  It was translated into the practice of modern market economies and the economies of bureaucratic-etatist society.

The current presentation of the price of labor, profit, and surplus value  is taking on  the characteristics of distorted interpretations by apologists of the system. The most brutal form of exploitation and devastation of society  and the economy is occurring in the areas of  BiH.

A representative approach is in the narrower locality of Tuzla and its surroundings, which has the characteristics of an administrative unit  - a canton, of the decentralized and asymmetric state of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Tuzla  in the wider Balkan region  bore  the halo of the working class and revolutionary spirit. In the transition and general devastation of economic resources, it is at the top,  which is a characteristic of societies in decline.

It has serious competition in the other, smaller entity  of BiH. And while  the smaller  entity  Republika Srpska in the asymmetric state formation of BiH is rapidly declining, Tuzla, as a decentralized unit with a canton,  is on track to take the very top of poor economic performance at the level of the sum of the ten cantons of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

In the mirror  of everyday events, the latest is the most striking. The agony of the workers  of once powerful economic  companies: „Konjuh“ Živinice, „Livnici“ Tuzla  continues, and is taking on  the already seen  scenario  in the companies „Aida“ Tuzla  and  „Tvornica transportnih uređaja“ Tuzla.

And everything would be „normal“ if  the processes themselves were not happening under the systemic framework of a state that falsely reforms the labor market. Mercenaries among domestic experts and advisors have become a real plague  paving the way for entity governments to mentors who wave bundles of fake money from afar  to fill the numerous holes of consumption in the public sector.

The holders of power  in the entities  in the figures of prime ministers  have assigned themselves  the thankless role  of reformers, thinking that  reforms are an end in themselves. In essence, reforms are a cover for the continuation  of open plunder  of public or national property.

The participants of these reforms in the political system of BiH are political parties that are taking the form of joint-stock companies. The apologists of the system, among the numerous experts and advisors,  are servants in the false presentation of their political programs  of their interest groups.

Therefore, the BiH public has recently been flooded  with unscrupulous statements  by leading public figures that border on fantasy  that has no end and turns into paranoia and lies. Lies that are fed to the people, from the so-called reduction  of the cantonal prime minister's salary by 17 KM to justifications for promotion to public office  based on the criterion of so-called acquaintance, to the stamp on a personal acquisition at a  bank for a real estate loan  and rent as cover for its annuity.

In the events that have  occurred in the last two years, 2014-2016,  since the day of the „Tuzla February Revolution“  the only witness that  testifies  to the devastation of everything  is the devastated  building of „Sodaso holding“ Tuzla, which in better times was a symbol of Tuzla's chemical industry.

As a living witness to all these processes, people and buildings, I can confirm that in these two years something  even worse has happened. Worse than the worst is what is becoming the official opinion of the state that  „the state can be made without the people“.

The arrogance of the authorities is reflected in the abandonment of any social dialogue with  the broad masses of the people that could move social processes forward. Obviously, the authorities are blinded by false promises in so-called loans  in the name of the state and the people, for which the national property is the pledge.

Therefore, the time distance of two years from  the events that began in Tuzla  justifies the conclusion  that a process is underway that is entering its higher or final phase. It is not surprising that  the holders of power are becoming increasingly unscrupulous, heartless. The executors of these tasks are recruited from the lowest sphere  of social sediment, the so-called transitional plunder groups of various profiles with rich files and merits for plundering national goods.

From a time distance of two years, everything is now clearer. The participants in the process have remained on the scene  in somewhat changed roles. The power of unions and employers is slowly melting away. The authorities are becoming  increasingly cruel in their intentions and have no role to justify themselves to anyone. For all moves, they have  the „stamp“ of elections that they legitimately won and will continue to win in every subsequent cycle, regardless of whether they take place every two or four years.
