Reaction of Samir Arnautović to the Public Statement of Sanja Vlaisavljević

After the Patria news agency published a public statement signed by Sanja Vlaisavljević about the court proceedings underway at the court in Sarajevo, Samir Arnautović reacted. The text he submitted to us is not a classic denial but is written in the form of a column. Respecting the right of the other party to express themselves, and not wishing to put ourselves in the role of a judge, we publish Arnautović's text in its entirety, without any corrections, although it is full of hate speech, for which he bears sole responsibility.

-In his well-known style, based on untruths and distortion of facts, Sanja Vlaisavljević published on the Patria portal a series of untruths relating to the hearing held in the defamation lawsuit filed by Samir Arnautović against Sanja Vlaisavljević, continuing her slanderous intentions aimed at causing permanent damage to the plaintiff in this case. First of all, it is unclear how your news agency could report on an event that none of your journalists attended?! Obviously, your reporter was Sanja Vlaisavljević, which in this case, from the aspect of journalistic ethics, is unacceptable!

In the text you published, you state that Sanja Vlaisavljević asserted something, supporting her claims with “material evidence,” without citing our complete denial of that “material evidence,” which in fact boils down to Sanja Vlaisavljević proving her claims with those very claims! Because, in the course of the proceedings so far, Sanja Vlaisavljević has offered only her own assertions as evidence! Likewise, you speak of “financially suspicious operations,” which, after the hearing, are “suspicious” only to Sanja Vlaisavljević, because no competent authority has found anything “suspicious,” which we proved at the hearing from which you are “reporting”!

The text published on your portal hides from the public that we proved that Sanja Vlaisavljević offers forged documents as her evidence, which appear with different markings at different stages of the trial. At the hearing, we proved that, for example, Vlaisavljević presents one and the same document, in different phases of the trial, with and without the stamp of the protocol of the University of Sarajevo, clearly showing that it is a forgery that she obtained illegally! We also showed that Sanja Vlaisavljević, forgetting about dates, forges documents about “ownership” in such a way that the institution she represents becomes the owner of something before it even existed!

Not to mention Vlaisavljević's constructions about plagiarism, which are based on publishing notorious textbook information that exists in the same or very similar form in numerous recognized textbooks both in the region and in the world! We proved all this in three books we wrote, not publishing them for “hygienic” reasons, and from which it is evident that Sanja Vlaisavljević is a mere manipulator and querulant who wants to transform from an executioner into a victim.

After all, we are ready to make our court files available to the public, who will themselves conclude that this is a kind of media lynching organized from Vlaisavljević's kitchen, but also from the political patrons who wholeheartedly and comprehensively support this kitchen. The allegations that Sanja Vlaisavljević published in the text on your portal are contrary to what happened in the courtroom of the Municipal Court and are only confirmation of the media harangue and constant presentation of untruths about this court case, in which Vlaisavljević wants to present the untruths she has been spreading, which we have completely exposed, as truths, relying solely, according to the theory of well-known “masters” of propaganda, on persistent and constant repetition of the same. In this regard, the defendant wants to portray portals that critically write about the nepotistic way she obtained university degrees, illegal creation of material gain, and plagiarism by her husband, as media owned by the plaintiff, which is a complete untruth! Likewise, the defendant states that there was talk about some topics that were not even mentioned at the hearing, which can be verified from the audio recording of the trial.

Overall, almost everything the defendant wrote in this text is factually untrue, and what is related to facts is presented in the wrong context, which was one of the fundamental methods of conducting the defendant's argument during the entire court proceedings. After all, we wrote about this in our submissions, elaborating on it as a method of legal and verbal violence by the defendant, which you can ascertain by inspecting the case file.

Finally, we wish to draw attention to the fact that, awaiting the conclusion of the trial, we refrained from commenting on the previous presentations of untruths about this case by Sanja Vlaisavljević. After we offered her a peaceful resolution of all disagreements and after she refused it, we considered it our duty and right to react to the blatant untruths presented in the text published on your portal.
