Bosnia and Herzegovina's parliamentary majority disintegrates: How will SDA react to the departure of four MPs from the Club?

A group of MPs from the Party of Democratic Action (SDA) in the House of Representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH left the Club session of this party and announced that they will no longer participate in the work of the SDA Club, confirmed Senad Šepić, one of the MPs who left the Club, for Patria.

Senad Šepić, Sadik Ahmetović, Salko Sokolović, and Šemsudin Mehmedović left the party's Club. Mehmedović had no comment on the new situation.

- No comment for now – said Mehmedović.

This act further complicates the situation within the SDA, and problems have been ongoing since the party's Congress held in May last year.

Otherwise, with the departure of four SDA MPs from the Club, only six MPs from this party remain in the House of Representatives, namely: Safer Demirović, Šefik Džaferović, Nermina Kapetanović, Amir Fazlić, Asim Sarajlić, and Hazim Rančić. The parliamentary majority is now also in question, and how the problem will be resolved remains unclear.

This quartet has written to the SDA president Bakir Izetbegović multiple times, but their demands have never been met.
