Ramo Isak responds to Karan: I didn't know you wanted to restore the Constitution of the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina, go ahead!

(Patria) - The Minister of Interior of the Federation of BiH, Ramo Isak, reacted to the statements of the Minister of Interior of the RS, Siniša Karan, who said that Bosnia and Herzegovina could return to factory settings.

"Colleague Karan, your long-standing membership in the SNSD and servile service to the regime of Milorad Dodik have apparently made you a person who perceives public goods as private. Perhaps you are not aware, but there are no 'your' forests, 'your' rivers, and 'your' public goods. I do not know, colleague Siniša, that any river named 'Sinišica' or 'Dodikovca' flows through Bosnia and Herzegovina, to which you or your president claim exclusive ownership," stated Isak.

And he continued: "I will not discuss at all the possibility that you thought forests, rivers, and public goods are the property of the Serbian people or the Bosnian-Herzegovinian entity of the RS. I am surprised by your stance on returning Bosnia and Herzegovina to 'factory settings'."

"Forgive me, but I was truly not aware of your personal efforts to restore the Constitution of the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina. You know well that Bosnia and Herzegovina, unlike its entities, alone has state-legal continuity. I do not mind the RS as an entity within the state of Bosnia and Herzegovina, but in any case, colleague Karan, I commend your efforts to finally start constitutional reforms and establish the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina, in which all its citizens will have equal rights. And it is perfectly clear to you that everything in Bosnia and Herzegovina is Bosnian-Herzegovinian. Starting from public goods to the people - Bosnian-Herzegovinian Bosniaks, Bosnian-Herzegovinian Serbs, Bosnian-Herzegovinian Croats, and all other citizens. I take this opportunity to commend the efforts of High Representative Christian Schmidt, who perfectly understands the circumstances and situation in Bosnia and Herzegovina, to finally resolve the issue of state property," the reaction of Minister Isak states.
