(Patria) - General Atif Dudaković, against whom proceedings are still ongoing before the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina for alleged war crimes, did not meet with the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Federation of BiH, Ramo Isak.
This was confirmed to Faktor by Dudaković's defense attorney, Asim Crnalić.
Crnalić explains that they are currently assessing whether Dudaković can attend hearings in the trial at the BiH Court at all due to his health condition, and that the announcement of him meeting with Isak at the Federal MUP is "careless".
The photos published yesterday on social networks, as well as the statement from the Party of the People's Strength, about the meeting between Dudaković and Isak, where the whole matter was presented as if it happened yesterday, is a gross deception, to say the least.
Medical experts presented a report at the beginning of this week stating that Dudaković is not capable of actively participating in the proceedings before the BiH Court given his health condition.
The prosecution and the defense are now to declare themselves on the experts' findings.
The photos of the meeting between Atif Dudaković and Ramo Isak date back to an earlier period, specifically they were taken two years ago, and it is evident that it was during the summer.
