Deceased Alija Izetbegović: Do not vote for those in expensive cars, houses, and villas

Deceased Alija Izetbegović, the first president of the independent and internationally recognized Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the first president of the Party of Democratic Action, often addressed the public regarding politicians and elections, and gave advice on whom citizens should vote for, writes the BiH news agency Patria.

Thus, the deceased Izetbegović told his followers at one rally whom they should vote for in the elections.

- They often forget not only the fighters but also the holders of the Golden Lilies. Bureaucratic indifference and the attitude of clerks deeply offend them. Unfortunately, people who behave like that are not rare. These are the ones who like to drive expensive cars in bad weather and take large apartments. What shall we do with them? We will remove them from their positions, and there are also elections. Remember them and do not vote for them. Vote for those who were with you during the war and who are with you today. These are the ones who do not forget that the country is poor, who do their job honestly and live modestly. How will you recognize them? By their deeds you will know them, it is written long ago – said the deceased Izetbegović.

The question that arises after listening to the words of the deceased Alija, which you can watch here, is whether certain members of the SDA, especially the leadership and those who have tasted the "sweetness of power," adhere to the moral instructions and postulates of the deceased Izetbegović. Also, it is questionable, when listening to all his messages and statements, whether those in whose hands the SDA is today are truly, as they like to tell the public in the pre-election period, "on Alija's path."
