Works on multiple road sections

(Patria) - This morning, driving is on dry or intermittently wet roads, with the possibility of ice on certain sections in higher mountain areas. Fog is present in valleys and along river courses, reducing visibility, so drivers are advised to exercise increased caution. Due to the end of the working week and increased traffic, congestion and longer delays are expected not only around city centers but also at border crossings.

Due to asphalt damage at the Bradina toll station on the A-1 motorway, works will be carried out on the entrance lanes today, and the motorway will be closed at the Bradina roundabout, with traffic diverted via the main road to the Tarčin toll station.

For today, due to asphalting works, traffic will be suspended on the regional road R-443 Visoko-Kiseljak between 10:30 AM and 5 PM. During the suspension, traffic will use alternative routes: Kiseljak-Lepenica (A-1), Visoko-Lepenica (A-1), and Kiseljak-Busovača-Kiseljak.

Due to works on laying the final asphalt layer, traffic is suspended on the Srbac-Derventa main road. Vehicles are being diverted to the Srbac-Prnjavor-Derventa route. (Works started on 10/27/2025.)

Landslide remediation is underway in the village of Sijeračke stijene on the Dobro Polje-Miljevina main road, where traffic will be suspended for up to 45 minutes between 8 AM and 5 PM.

Due to demining works on the Ustiprača-Goražde main road (at the quarry site), traffic will be suspended for half an hour every working day between 9 AM and 3 PM.

Works are also ongoing on the A-1 motorway sections Podlugovi-Sarajevo sjever and Visoko-Kakanj, as well as on the main roads: Žepče–Maglaj (Ozimica location), Konjic-Jablanica, Bileća-Trebinje (Žudojevići location), Zavidovići-Vozuća (Krivaja village), Klašnice-Banja Luka, Jablanica-Blidinje (Jablanica-Kosne Luke section), Semizovac-Olovo, Gacko-Foča (Sastavci), Mostar-Čitluk (entrance to Čitluk), Jajce-Crna Rijeka, as well as at the entrance to Neum.

At border crossings, delays for passenger vehicles do not exceed 30 minutes.

Due to the registration of passengers under the new EU entry/exit system (EES, Entry/Exit System), longer delays may occur at border crossings.

The Brčko border crossing is open for passenger vehicles up to 3.5 tons. Traffic for vehicles over 5 tons of maximum permissible weight is prohibited at the Karakaj border crossing (near Zvornik). Trucks over 5 tons are redirected to the Bratunac or Rača border crossings, while buses can use the Šepak border crossing. Trucks can use the Šepak border crossing from 9 AM to 1 PM and from 10 PM to 6 AM (on weekends, they can cross between 10 PM and 6 AM).

We remind drivers that as of November 1st, winter equipment is mandatory on roads in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
