Radončić with Tulumović: Migrants to be accommodated in temporary tent facilities

TUZLA, (Patria) - A delegation of the Government of Tuzla Canton, led by TC Prime Minister Denijal Tulumović, today received the BiH Minister of Security Fahrudin Radončić, who is on a working visit to Tuzla today.  

Tulumović expressed his gratitude to Minister Radončić for taking the time to hear about the problems facing Tuzla Canton regarding the migrant crisis. 

The State Minister of Security said that he believes the Ministry of Security, together with the Service for Foreigners' Affairs, will try to resolve the problem, at least in Tuzla, in a relatively short period.

"Regarding new accommodation centers, my position is that an illegal migrant who is in BiH should be accommodated in the same way as in Turkey or other countries, which are so-called temporary tent facilities, and that we do not have the consent of the local community to build permanent facilities, nor do we have the financial resources. I expect that we will find a joint solution to improve the situation in Tuzla, and regarding the promises that permanent new facilities will be built in this canton, I think no one should rush and that everything they intend to do should be done with the full consent of the cantonal and local authorities," said Radončić.
