A hearing on the BiH Prosecutor's Office's motion to detain Fahrudin Radončić will be held today at 4 PM at the BiH Court, reports a reporter of the BiH news agency Patria.
This was confirmed to reporters by Radončić's lawyer, Dragan Barbarić, who has departed from Mostar towards Sarajevo.
Radončić was arrested by SIPA on the order of the BiH Prosecutor's Office on suspicion of committing the criminal offense of obstructing justice, i.e., pressuring witnesses in the case being conducted in Kosovo against Naser Keljmendi, but also on suspicion of an affair concerning the appointment of the new BiH ambassador to Slovenia.
The BiH Prosecutor's Office is seeking a 30-day detention for Radončić, writes Patria.
