Radončić files criminal complaint against Jozić: Some are dreaming of para-state projects

SARAJevo, (Patria) - BiH Security Minister Fahrudin Radončić reacted to the request of the Cantonal Headquarters of Livno Canton signed by Ivan Jozić (HDZ BiH), Prime Minister of Livno Canton - Canton 10, which prohibits citizens of BiH from entering the territory of that canton.

“While we are fighting the coronavirus, some are dreaming of para-state projects. Today, a Request from the Commander of the Crisis Staff of West Herzegovina Canton arrived, and believe it or not, an Order prohibiting 'the entry of citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina into the territory of West Herzegovina Canton'. Not only will I not put this Request on the agenda of the BiH Coordination Body for Protection and Rescue, but as the Minister of Security of BiH, I will file a criminal complaint against Ivan Jozić, who signed both acts, by tomorrow.

Prosecutors and the competent court must teach individuals whose jurisdiction is the state border that the BiH Constitution guarantees every citizen the right to move freely on every inch of their country. This is not 1992, nor the war period; this is a pandemic and separatism, which will be defeated.”

Federal Prime Minister Fadil Novalić also reacted to Jozić's request, stating that it was an attack on the constitutional order, while the Chairman of the BiH Presidency, Šefik Džaferović, said that such a request should be withdrawn immediately, or the signatory would bear responsibility.
