Radončić: Never again in coalition with Bakir's SDA

The president of SBB Fahrudin Radončić said, while a guest on N1 television, that his party will never again enter into a coalition with Bakir's SDA, reports the Patria News Agency.

- We entered the coalition not because we wanted to, but because the Federation was falling apart, and SDA members begged us to join, and we joined under the conditions that Čović would not partition RS, that they would not get a 'third entity', and there would be no 'filigree state'. We want the moral category of a promise to be returned to politics. SDA got all the prime ministers, directors of foundations, development banks, etc., but we saw that no work was being done in those positions. There was an escalation of tension, but the famous meeting at the Vijećnica, when Izetbegović misled all of us by claiming he had documents regarding Serbia. Then we refused to participate in the privatization of Fabrika duhana, Bosnalijek, and Sarajevo osiguranje, when our successful company was to be sold for 5 million - Radončić commented for N1, adding that there is no personal conflict between him and Izetbegović.

- He is a politician who advocates for one political option, and the citizens will say in October what they want, i.e., whether they want a tougher approach that resembles Erdogan's, and an approach where the idea of a 'filigree state' has not been abandoned. We want a softer approach and we want to preserve Islam and our Islamic values, and I think these are normal, natural differences that will last between us until the end - he added.

Radončić pointed out that the Chairman of the Council of Ministers Denis Zvizdić did nothing, while he praised the work of Minister Ismir Jusko, whom he considers responsible for the adoption of the Transport Community.

- Zvizdić was afraid of offending Dodik, so he didn't sign. Also, for nine months we have not fulfilled the EC Questionnaire, which other countries fulfilled in 2-3 months, and now you have Zvizdić saying that we won't do it even in a year. So where is his leadership? It has been shown that he lacks charisma, regional authority, and the strength to balance relations in the Council he leads.

We were fierce critics of SDA and did not want to continue deceiving the public - I will not lie that 100,000 people have been employed. We will exert internal pressure for something to be done, and I will convince everyone that there is no personal conflict with Izetbegović. We want to relax the situation, and our ministers were cooperative, but they will not be anymore - he added.

When asked if this means that they will never again enter into a coalition with SDA, he said: "Never again with Bakir's SDA. We tried that. We did not enter into a coalition for things to go worse rather than better.".

Regarding the relationship between Dnevni avaz and the University Clinical Center Sarajevo, he stated:

- I managed a company for 25 years, which I built from scratch and which became one of the most successful companies. You have to keep the best people. Fortunately, there are still good specialists at the Clinical Center. Wisdom is to keep capable people and not have a dictatorial attitude towards colleagues. A patient cannot bring money, injections, tablets; this undermines the money that our citizens have paid for their pension and health insurance.

Radončić also spoke about the Pelješac Bridge. He said that SBB did not want to sign because SDA made a conclusion, which, according to him, seems absurd.

- With that conclusion, BiH was supposed to withdraw from the Agreement concluded by Tuđman and Izetbegović, and Izetbegović made an excellent deal at the time, and today SDA is asking us to withdraw from that Agreement. This raises the question of whether Bakir is a complete ignoramus or if it is his assistants, or is it the complex of a great father and a small son? That would mean huge state damages - Radončić stated.

When asked if Dodik and Izetbegović will be losers in the 2018 elections, he stated:

- I cannot say anything about SNSD because they are a potent political party there, but it is certain that Izetbegović will be in a more delicate position. I hope we will have fair elections, that they will not steal elections from us. I did not lose to Izetbegović; rather, he and Zukić stole very systematically. This is an ideological conflict, and SDA is bothered by a more moderate line.

Radončić concluded that there will be a polarization on the political scene of BiH, and that on one side will be Bakir Izetbegović and SDA, and on the other all other progressive political forces that do not want Erdogan as their idol.
