Radončić and Kerber discussed migrants and BiH emigrants in Germany

SARAJEVO, (Patria) - State Secretary of the Federal Ministry of the Interior of Germany Markus Kerber met today in Sarajevo with the Minister of Security of Bosnia and Herzegovina Fahrudin Radončić.

They discussed strengthening cooperation between the two countries and fighting global security challenges such as radicalism, terrorism, and illegal migration. Also, on this occasion, they discussed the role of religious communities in combating radicalism.

Secretary Kerber positively assessed the integration and contribution of the BiH community living in Germany, emphasizing that the moderate Islam practiced in BiH could be a model for better integration of emigrants in Germany.
Secretary Kerber was accompanied by the Ambassador of the Federal Republic of Germany to BiH Margret Uebber.
