ZOI '84 Workers to Demand Their Rights at SDA Rally in Zetra

If we do not receive the loan and the workers are not paid their salaries, we will come to Zetra on October 10th where the Party of Democratic Action will hold its final rally, said Alija Hodžić, president of the ZOI '84 Trade Union for the BH News Agency Patria.

- We will be there with banners and we will openly say that they are not letting us live and support our families. SDA and SDP were in power, they destroyed us, their directors were in charge, their assemblies, supervisory boards – says Hodžić.

Namely, they have been promised several times that the money will be paid to them if they withdraw the lawsuits filed by the workers.

- As soon as the money lands in our account, we will withdraw the lawsuits, but they have all lied to us so far – said Hodžić.

The previous director, Džavid Kurtišaj, has been dismissed, and Hodžić states that "someone did not like that he had good cooperation with the workers."

Otherwise, the workers have been on strike since June 23rd and have not been paid 13 salaries, and several workers cannot retire because all their obligations have not been settled.
