Market workers protest again: This is our bread, we have no other

12:30 Gathered workers of the Zenica Market have finished their protests, and starting tomorrow at nine o'clock every day they will demand their conditions be met in front of the ZDK Government building, reports the Patria News Agency.

10:00 Users of business premises at the Zenica Market are holding protests again today within the market premises, reports a reporter from the Patria News Agency.

The request for peaceful demonstrations was not submitted on time, and therefore they could not protest in front of the ZDK Government building.

We remind you that they insist that the decision on sealing be postponed for several months until the law is adopted. The inspection pointed out that they have no legal basis for extending the deadline and require all workers to register their activity.

- We will be here all day and we will persevere in achieving our basic rights, we want to save our jobs and shops. We have been seeking a solution for months and we want to register legally. We ask to be waited for a few months until a law is passed at the Federation level. We will not give up, we will not surrender, they will have to carry us out of here, because this is our bread, we have no other - stated Sabahudin Dino Babović, a market trader.

Meetings with the inspection held so far have not yielded the desired results for the market workers. During the protests, only the green market is operating.
