Poslovnost Employees Protest Daily at Municipal Court, Meeting with Nenadić Scheduled

SARAJEVO, (Patria) - Starting at 09:30, employees of the Agencija Poslovnost company will hold protests in front of the Municipal Court building in Sarajevo. The protests are being held because the Municipal Court has not yet executed a temporary court order for the removal of security guards from the Gama AA agency. The protests will be held every day until the court order is implemented, announced Agencija Poslovnost.

"The decision on the temporary court order was made on 08.09.2020. This is the most urgent measure in a civil lawsuit, which is executed urgently precisely because the consequences of its non-implementation are catastrophic, therefore it remains unclear why the court has not acted in accordance with its own decision for more than twenty days. Due to the non-implementation of the court measure, about eighty employees of Agencija Poslovnost are exposed to mortal danger every day to get to their offices," stated Poslovnost.

Also, today at 10:30, the Prime Minister of the Sarajevo Canton Government, Mario Nenandić, will hold a meeting with representatives of Agencija Poslovnost, in order to enable employees to reach their workplaces unimpeded and in a civilized manner, and to enable access to company property.

During yesterday's session of the Sarajevo Canton Assembly, Prime Minister Nenadić, responding to a question from MP Elmedin Konaković, stated that he would hold a meeting with representatives of the Municipal Court today to resolve this issue.
