Tax Administration of FBiH employees warn of mobbing and demand salary increase

(Patria) - The trade union organization of the Tax Administration of the Federation of BiH has issued a statement accusing the management of mobbing, pressure, and poor working conditions, and demanding a linear salary increase for all employees by 20 percent.



"It is unacceptable for employees to work in offices without air conditioning at temperatures of 35 degrees or in spaces without basic hygiene conditions, simply because public procurement was not carried out on time," the union states.

They emphasize that the current management treats the union as an "opposing side," while the number of applications for job openings is drastically decreasing. They also warn of transfers without legal basis, pressure that has caused some employees to seek medical help, and the fact that their salaries are lower compared to other institutions from which they collect revenue.

In addition to the salary increase demand, the union also calls for an end to mobbing and the adoption of a new job systematization.

"If our demands are not met, we will be forced to use all legally permitted means of trade union struggle," warn the employees of the Tax Administration of FBiH.
