Workers of Agencija Poslovnost protest in front of the Municipal Court today

SARAJEVO, (Patria) - Today at 12:00 PM, workers of Agencija Poslovnost will hold a protest in front of the Municipal Court in Sarajevo. The protest is being held because for 14 days, a court order for the urgent withdrawal of security guards from Gama AA agency, who are physically preventing access to the business premises for the workers of Agencija Poslovnost, has not been executed. In doing so, they have endangered not only civil rights but also property rights, given that the building is 1/1 owned by Agencija Poslovnost, it was announced from Agencija Poslovnost.

A temporary court measure is the most urgent measure in civil litigation, and its execution should be completed within 48 hours. Given that the measure, issued on 08.09.2020, has still not been implemented, the court is in danger of making the entire judicial system a mockery. The Municipal Court is yet another institution that, through its (in)action, endangers the existence of 80 people and their families.

As part of the public is already aware, the company Brend d.o.o. and Agencija Poslovnost have been in a property dispute for the past few years. The subject of the dispute is approximately 50m2 of the building to which both companies lay claim. In order to pressure Agencija Poslovnost to abandon the protection of its rights in court, the company Brend decided to prevent access to the building for the workers of Agencija Poslovnost through acts of self-will. It is interesting that all competent institutions in this case declared themselves incompetent, referring the case to the Municipal Court. When the Court finally issued a measure stating that the elements of such violence are unacceptable, a way was found not to execute the measure, by delaying the delivery of the decision to the company Brend d.o.o. Since it is a fictitious company, the delivery of the decision could take years. The delivery process can be completed within two hours by posting the decision on the notice board of the Municipal Court.

The company Brend d.o.o., apart from the procurator - Fuad Džafić, Mediha Džafić - founder and director Naser Šukurica, has no other employees. The founder of Brend company, Fuad Džafić, is mentioned in several court proceedings in which he was linked to convicted criminals serving multi-year prison sentences. The company Agencija Poslovnost, on the other hand, employs about 80 workers and has over 800 clients. The unwillingness of all institutions (municipal urban planning and construction inspection, Ministry of Internal Affairs, KS Prosecutor's Office, and Municipal Court) to act within their jurisdiction has called into question the existence of 80 workers who have been contributing to the budget for years.
