Putin met with Dodik in the Kremlin

(Patria) - Russian President Vladimir Putin received the President of Republika Srpska Milorad Dodik in Moscow, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov announced.

RIA Novosti writes that Dodik arrived in Moscow the previous evening and visited the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier.

- I just had a meeting with President Putin, this is our 26th meeting. Putin knows the details, the overall situation that is happening with us.

He is interested in something that the ordinary man there asks about - Dodik said after the meeting.

He emphasizes that "Russia is a very important country for Republika Srpska within the Security Council" and that it "has always been objective".

- Russia is a guarantor of the Dayton Peace Agreement, and Putin said that at the meeting. He added that Russia, within that framework, will advocate for the work of international institutions to be completed and stopped, especially the work of the fake High Representative, or as he calls him - the illegitimate representative - Dodik stated.

He added that Putin showed interest in how things are done and what is being done.

Let us remind you, Putin and Dodik last met in October last year on the sidelines of the BRICS summit in Kazan.

Dodik has been outside of Bosnia and Herzegovina since March 24.
