A state that undermines its own foundations through hyperproduction of illiterate and uneducated, poor cadres is an easy target and is getting closer to becoming prey to those waging hybrid and special wars against it.

From the suspension of military operations launched by hegemonic forces in Serbia and Croatia after the breakup of Yugoslavia, to the present day, subversive actions have been taken against every segment of the statehood and survival of our homeland.

Hybrid war is not a military but a state concept of warfare, in which all societal potentials of the aggressor state can be engaged to attack all societal resources of the victim state. In the case of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the winds of hybrid war blow from two directions.

From the east, Belgrade's aggressive hybrid wind is aimed at destroying the entire system of state and substate institutions and organizations responsible for the functioning of BiH as an independent, unified, and sovereign modern Balkan state.

There is no segment of hybrid warfare that Serbia does not use against our state. The official authorities in Belgrade, supported by the academic community of SANU, the religious Serbian Orthodox Church, and Serbian politics in BiH, have been conducting a hybrid storm for two and a half decades that constantly shakes the survival of BiH.

In the military aggression of Serbia and domestic BiH traitors, hundreds of thousands of BiH citizens suffered, our children died, cities and villages were destroyed. The consequences of the hybrid storm could be far-reaching with many more victims who are unaware of it.

However, before explaining, we should also highlight the other hybrid wind coming from the west, specifically from Zagreb and Croatia. Much more sophisticated, polished, and with a much larger international backing, hybrid missiles are constantly being launched at us from Croatia. Croatia also has the help of the academic and religious community in its hybrid campaign, but their far greater support is the backing of European and Vatican support for the destruction of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Somehow, Bosnia and Herzegovina managed to defend itself while these two sides attacked on their own, but since the unification provoked by Russian money during the time of Kolinda Grabar Kitarović, whose policy is now followed by Zoran Milanović, the situation has turned significantly against BiH.

Just as during the military war it had to respond to the community of two neighboring aggressor states, so now Bosnia and Herzegovina must make a maximum effort to prevent them in a much worse offensive.

However, while in war it had to rely on what it had, because the world turned its back on it, today Bosnia and Herzegovina, or at least that part of progressive forces, should be turned to forces that want, know, and can fight against the modern war that has never stopped against it.

Because that progressive part of the Bosnian-Herzegovinian being is contaminated by the subversive activities of neighboring Serbia and Croatia, as well as Russia, China, and some other countries that are not favorable to us, but we do not see it.

Reform is no longer the key issue. It is imposed so that under its shadow, a constant attack on the survival of BiH takes place. Reform has become part of the hybrid war, because we are daily fed stories and tricks about how we need to reform this and that, how only then can we join the EU and NATO, while at the same time, all those who impose this on us are aware that while we attempt reform, we suffer dangerous blows.
