Deputies of the House of Representatives of BiH Parliament adopted on Wednesday, in the first reading, the bill that will enable the abolition of "white bread", reports the BiH news agency Patria (NAP).
Article 48 of the Law on Salaries and Allowances in BiH institutions allowed officials to receive a salary for one year after the end of their mandate, which at the state level during one four-year mandate cost about 6.5 million KM from the state treasury. This article of the law was abolished at the proposal of SBB.
The proposal to abolish "white bread" was adopted with 29 votes "for", 2 "against", and 2 "abstentions", reports NAP.
