First infected person from Mostar in serious condition, results of 17 samples pending

(Patria) - A total of 38 contact samples were tested at SKB Mostar, five of which are positive. All five are from the Konjic area, none from Mostar. 142 decisions were issued in 24 hours, and so far 578 self-isolation orders have been issued, said Jurica Arapović from the Clinic for Infectious Diseases of the University Clinical Hospital Mostar.

"Regarding the patients in the isolation ward, you know that a patient with a severe form of ARDS is placed in the isolation ward. He is currently being prepared for intubation," said Arapović.

In addition, 17 samples from Mostar are currently being processed.

"The mother is stable, the child is well. We sent the son home for isolation, and there have been no new cases in Mostar. Currently, 17 samples are being processed, and results are expected tomorrow at the same time," he added.
