(Patria) - At the proposal of the Federal Ministry of Energy, Mining and Industry, the Government of the Federation of BiH today adopted and sent to parliamentary procedure the laws on electricity in FBiH, and on energy and regulation of energy activities in FBiH.
These two proposals, together with the Proposal for a Law on the Use of Renewable Energy Sources and Efficient Cogeneration, which was adopted at the last session and sent to parliamentary procedure, constitute a set of energy laws necessary for improving the legal framework in the Federation of BiH.
Also, these proposals align with the regulations of the European Union in the field of energy.
