Jasmina Bikić's 'Tabakera' Promoted: It Was a Night of Emotions

(Patria) - Following the promotion of the poetry collection "Tabakera" by author Jasmina Bikić, published by "Buybook" Publishing House, comments continue on that exceptionally well-attended night of emotions.

Thunderous applause and brilliant interpretations by promoters and reviewers Jasminka Šipka, Indira Kučuk Sorguč, and Fahrudin Kučuk intertwined with poetry and connected the hearts of all present.

"First of all, I want to greet everyone present and thank Professor Jasminka, and reviewers Indira and Fahro. 'Tabakera' contains poems about the cities and rivers, and other riches of our homeland, which I congratulate on Independence Day on this occasion, as well as about the great figures who marked the period behind us. There are also poems about my parents and other family members who are unfortunately no longer with us, but also about those without whose support I would not have succeeded in all this, about my son Hamza and my husband Muhamed, for whom a new documentary 'Bulevar Ivice Osima' will see the light of day on Sarajevo City Day, which includes the song 'Štraus'.

There are also poems inspired by everything I do today and what we do in my dear Logosoft. I also thank my dear artist Boba Vuga, who painted the picture on the book cover, the publisher 'Buybook', and of course Professor Adis Vuga, who, together with artist Latif Močević, closed 'Tabakera' that evening," said Jasmina Bikić.

At the promotion, with thunderous applause and standing ovation, the Amphitheater of the Youth Center welcomed the presence of our sports legends and heroes of today, Ismail Barlov, Ismail Zulfić, and their coach Amel Kapo, to whom the author dedicated the song 'Ribice', which was also interpreted.
