Program of the 2nd International Jumps from the Waterfall in Jajce on August 1

30 jumpers from BiH, Serbia, Montenegro, Slovenia have registered for the jumps from the waterfall in Jajce on August 1, and fans of this sport from Kosovo have also announced their arrival.

About 21 meters high, formed at the confluence of the Pliva and Vrbas rivers, the waterfall in Jajce is, according to many assessments, among the ten most beautiful waterfalls in the world. It is among the rare waterfalls located in the very center of the city.

The director of the Agency for Cultural, Historical and Natural Heritage and Development of Tourism Potentials of Jajce, Huso Hadžić, reminded the Patria news agency that the jumps from the waterfall in Jajce are unique in the world, which last year were watched by more than 5,000 visitors, and the event was covered by the world's largest media.

Tourism experts have for several years ranked Jajce among the most beautiful cities in Europe, which, in addition to the waterfall in the city center, offers tourists the beauty of the Pliva Lakes, religious tourism, and numerous remains from medieval Bosnia.
 

Program of the 2nd International Jumps from the Waterfall in Jajce:

12:00 PM – Promotion of the book Sports Time Machine (at the Jajce Cultural Center) by sports journalist Muhamed Bikić. Promoters are the legend of Mostar jumps Emir Balić and former BiH national team player Vlatko Glavaš.

2:00 PM – Start of the entertainment program (at the waterfall plateau)

4:00 PM – Execution of jumps. A total of 50 jumps will be performed in two series. In the first series, 30 jumpers will perform, followed by exhibition jumps. The 10 best-rated jumpers from the first series will compete in the second series. After all jumps are performed, the winners will be announced.
