Proclamation: We demand that the FUP enter the building of Dodik's government and bring everything seized to Sarajevo

The civic movement "Stop police terror and political dictatorship" issued a Proclamation today addressed to all media houses, political parties, non-governmental organizations and embassies of foreign countries in BiH, reports the BH news agency Patria.

1. We demand the resignation of Minister Nermin Pećanac due to the degradation and damage to the reputation of the Sarajevo Canton Police, which openly sided with the dictatorial regime and separatist Milorad Dodik, the president of the smaller BH entity, by providing assistance and support to the MUP of RS, the MUP that works for the personal interest of a man who denies the genocide in Srebrenica, calls for the secession of the entity he governs from the state of Bosnia and Herzegovina, threatens journalists and provides financial aid to the families of fallen Chetniks from East Sarajevo, who died during the Chetnik aggression against BiH.

2. We demand the dismissal of the President of the Municipal Court in Sarajevo, as well as Judge Igor Todorović, who issued the order to search the premises of the portal Klix.ba based on a law that applies only in the RS, at the initiative of Siniša Kostrešević, head of the Service for Combating Organized Crime and Corruption, who is close to Milorad Dodik, and previously served as police commander in Laktaši, and has been labeled as the "main SNSD cleaner" because he decides who is suitable and who is not. Kostrešević's upward trajectory began when the SNSD came to power, and he has excellent relations with the head of security for Milorad Dodik, Miloš Čubrilović.
From the Sarajevo Canton Police, we demand that they seize all computers and mobile phones that Judge Igor Todorović had access to in Sarajevo in the month prior to the attack on the Klix portal, in order to possibly determine whether the said judge had negotiations, agreements or conversations with Milorad Dodik or any of his close associates regarding the signing of the search warrant for Klix, and whether he received monetary or any other form of compensation for it.

3. We demand that the SDA, as the party that won the most votes in the previous elections, stand in defense of the capital of BiH, Sarajevo, and its citizens, who after what happened to such a reputable and popular BH media house as Klix.ba, can only expect that the same will start happening to them in their homes and apartments, that the MUP RS will start breaking into people's apartments and houses in Sarajevo because they said or published something that Milorad Dodik or his associates and friends do not like. Therefore, the SDA, together with the DF, SBB, Naša stranka, and SDP, is obliged to react to such things not only through statements and announcements but also by engaging all public and secret security services, so that such situations never happen again anywhere on the territory of the Federation of BiH, let alone in Sarajevo.

4. We demand that the torture of any journalist from any media house in the Federation of BiH, RS, and BiH in general cease immediately and unconditionally, as well as the seeking of information about who their source is for any information, because that is not according to the law. We demand that attempts at internet censorship in BiH, suppression of freedom of speech and expression, which are all done following the practice of dictatorial and anti-democratic regimes in North Korea, Putin's Russia, China, and Erdogan's Turkey, cease immediately and without any discussion.

5. We demand that the Federal Police Administration, following the example of the Republika Srpska Police, request and obtain an order from one of the judges of the Banja Luka Municipal Court, and in this way carry out an operation to enter the building of the Government and President of the RS, as well as Glas Srpske and RTRS, in order to seize all computers, CDs, USBs, and mobile phones to find possible evidence of preparations for the secession of the RS from BiH, denial of genocide, hiding of suspects for war crimes who are still at large, and criminal activities of employees, and bring everything seized to Sarajevo so that officials of the FUP, SIPA, and OSA can examine the materials and, in case of finding evidence of denial of genocide and preparations/talk about secession of the RS from BiH, carry out the arrest of all persons involved directly or indirectly, and that arrest on the territory of the RS.

6. We demand that, as a sign of protest, any form of cooperation between the police from the Federation and the RS be immediately terminated until the perpetrators of the attack and violence against the Klix portal are brought to justice, and the harshest penalties are imposed.

7. We demand that, until the conclusion of the investigation against those responsible for the violence against the Klix.ba portal, the publication of statements or any information related to Željka Cvijanović and Milorad Dodik, as well as their close associates and any member of the SNSD political party, be completely stopped, in order to place them in "media darkness," thereby at least the Federal part of BiH would be "freed" from their "intellectual prostitution" and daily messages about the imaginary independence of the RS and spinning of the truth, and that their offices and other premises on the territory of the Federation of BiH be closed by the Federal Police in cooperation with the Prosecutor's Office.

8. We demand that all private property of the employees of the Klix portal be returned immediately, that a certified expert determine the material damage caused to the Klix.ba portal during the search by members of the MUP RS, and that the determined damage be collected in favor of the employees of the Klix portal, i.e., the company Intersoft d.o.o. from Sarajevo.

9. We demand that the RS police officer who physically assaulted an employee of the Klix.ba portal be identified, dismissed from duty, and fined for the physical attack on a man who was only performing his journalistic/photojournalistic job.

10. For all of the above, we give a deadline of 7 days, after which we will begin protests throughout the territory of BiH, and we will not stop or give up on everything we demand until all of the above is fulfilled to the end, and in its entirety.
