(Patria) - A hearing was held at the Court of BiH in the proceedings against the acting director of the Official Gazette of Republika Srpska, Miloš Lukić, for non-implementation of the High Representative's decisions.
The indictment against Lukić was read, and the Prosecution proposed the same evidence and witnesses as in the case against the President of Republika Srpska, Milorad Dodik.
Lukić's defense attorney, Miljkan Pucar, stated that the indictment has no legal basis and requested the Prosecution to provide a document proving that Christian Schmidt is the High Representative.
The next hearing will be held on March 6, the same day as Dodik's scheduled hearing.
Both hearings will take place in the same courtroom, at the same time, and Judge Sena Uzunović stated that it is not unusual for hearings in separate cases with the same content to be held on the same day.
Lukić's defense has not yet received a response to the request to merge the proceedings.
