PREPARATIONS Sarajevo celebrated against Levski, Željo drew with Velež

SARAJEVO, (Patria) - Footballers of Sarajevo today defeated the team of Levski from Sofia in a friendly preparatory match.

The match was played as part of the preparations of the Bosnian champion in Umag.

After the defeat to the team of Domžale with a score of 4:1 in the first preparatory match in Umag, Sarajevo looked much better today, played more decisively and celebrated a minimal victory.

Levski had the field initiative in the first part of the match and created chances, but there was no change in the score.

Sarajevo "woke up" in the continuation of the match and played much better, both teams played extremely combatively, however, until the end of the first half there were no serious chances. 

The second half brought a better game from Sarajevo, which played much more offensively after Tatar entered. The reward for such play came in the 54th minute when, on an assist from Tatar, Handžić scored a goal, and it later turned out to be the only goal of this match.  

The Bordeaux team had another chance a few minutes later when Đokanović came out alone in front of the Levski goalkeeper, but failed to beat him. 

Pejović attempted a nice shot in the 65th minute, but there was no change in the score. 

Both teams had several promising attacks until the end of the match, but the defenses were up to the task, so Sarajevo achieved a victory in its second preparatory match in Umag.

Incidentally, Željezničar and Velež played their preparatory match today. The match ended without a winner and without goals.
