(Patria) - Director of the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) Darko Ćulum said that this agency is conducting checks regarding the allegations of M.M. from Zvornik, who reported that he was physically attacked by members of this police agency.
Ćulum said that everything will be examined and the exact circumstances determined.
"For now, only one side of the story is known, we are working and will determine what exactly happened," Ćulum stated.
A man from Zvornik reported that he was physically attacked by SIPA officers within the premises of a company in the area of the Osmaci municipality. The man from Zvornik reported the attack to the Osmaci Police Station yesterday at 2:50 PM, and members of the Zvornik Police Department conducted an investigation, and proceedings are underway regarding this report.
The individual M.M. went to the Health Center for medical assistance, and then to the Zvornik Hospital.
