Mountain Rescue Service successfully rescued a worker from a crane at a construction site in Ilidža

Members of the Mountain Rescue Service successfully carried out a rescue operation of a worker from a crane at a construction site in Ilidža, writes Patria Agency.

The Sarajevo station of the Mountain Rescue Service received a call for help for a worker on a crane today at 18:30.

The intervention and duty team was on site within 22 minutes and, after assessing the situation, proceeded with the rescue operation of the worker who was on the crane.

The injured person is stable, and the team was transported to the top of the crane with a transport basket and medical equipment, where, after a medical examination, they prepared for the transport of the unfortunate person.

The injured person was lowered to the ground from the top of the crane in a record time, unconscious, and handed over to the medical assistance team.
