Adjust driving to road conditions, wet roads and possible landslides

(Patria) - Traffic on the roads in Bosnia and Herzegovina is on partially wet roads, and we also draw attention to possible landslides. Visibility is reduced in places along river courses due to fog. Given that meteorologists predict precipitation for today in most of our country, we advise more careful driving, adjusted to the current road conditions.

Due to repair works on the guardrail along the Zenica-Doboj highway (on the Donja Vraca-Liješnica section), vehicles are driving slowly every day (except Sunday), from 9 AM to 5 PM, with alternating traffic flow. Given that this is a busy section, long queues of vehicles can be expected in both directions.

Due to repair works on the Jablanica-Blidinje highway (on the Jablanica-Kosne Luke section), passenger vehicles up to 3.5 tons of total weight are driving slowly, with alternating traffic flow, every day (except Sunday) from 7 AM to 5:30 PM. Traffic is still suspended for vehicles over 3.5 tons of total weight.

Works are also underway on the A-1 highway section Podlugovi-Sarajevo sjever, as well as on the highways: Tuzla-Orašje (Cerik), Simin Han-Donje Caparde (Rainci Gornji), Konjic-Jablanica (bridge near Crnaja tunnel), Jablanica-Prozor (Mirci settlement), Mostar-Čitluk (at the entrance to Čitluk), Jajce-Crna Rijeka, and Gacko-Foča (in Sastavci).

Due to necessary works, traffic on the Zavidovići-Kamenica regional road is suspended and redirected to alternative routes.

At border crossings, waiting times for passenger vehicles are currently no longer than 10 to 30 minutes.

Brčko border crossing is open for passenger vehicles up to 3.5 tons. Traffic is prohibited for vehicles over 5 tons of maximum allowed weight at the Karakaj border crossing (near Zvornik). Trucks over 5 tons are redirected to Bratunac or Rača border crossings, while buses can use Šepak border crossing. Trucks can travel through Šepak border crossing from 9 AM to 1 PM and from 10 PM to 6 AM (on weekends, they can cross between 10 PM and 6 AM).
