At the 11th Kid's Festival, running from June 6th to 10th, the environmental association Green Art has launched a campaign to collect plastic caps for the "Čepoćilim" project for Guinness. Čepoćilim with motifs of old Bosnian carpets was created from plastic caps by the association, and was officially presented in November last year as part of the European Week for Waste Reduction, writes Patria.
Now, during this largest children's festival at Zetra, the realization of the "čepoćilim" idea for the Guinness Book of Records has begun. As stated on the promotional poster, Green Art invites people to defeat waste with creativity and show how waste becomes art.
With the idea of the president of Green Art, Alma Hrasnica, children, their parents, and partners on this project, the campaign will be successfully implemented, writes NAP.
