HDZ 1990 candidate Mario Jurkić is the new mayor of the municipality of Domaljevac-Šamac, elected after yesterday's early elections in this municipality in northern Bosnia, writes the BH news agency Patria. He defeated HDZ BiH candidate Mato Prgomet.
The voters of the municipality of Domaljevac-Šamac have, by majority vote, placed their trust in Jurkić, who will head this municipality until the next local elections, which will be held in just under two years.
HDZ 1990 announced that they are convinced that Jurkić will be the mayor for all citizens, regardless of their political, religious, or racial affiliation, writes NAP.
