Prijedor: Neighbors threw stones at Bosniaks during Iftar

Organized by the Čaršija jamaat on Sunday evening in the courtyard of the Čaršija mosque in Prijedor, an iftar was organized, financed by the Bostel Foundation, reports the Patria News Agency.

According to the imam of this mosque, Omer ef. Redžić, an incident occurred during the evening when several stones were thrown from a nearby building.

- Unfortunately, the iftar was marked by an attack with stones by neighbors from a nearby building, but we understand them, because everyone shares what they have - said Redžić.

He added that there were no injuries because the attendees were under a tent which stopped the thrown stones.

The Public Security Center of Prijedor stated that they have no record of any report regarding this incident, writes prijedordanas.com.
