Reported finding his wife dead, then admitted he killed her

Yesterday at 9:40 AM, H.O. reported to the Osmaci Police Station that he found the lifeless body of his wife F.H. in their family home, it was announced by CJB Bijeljina, writes the BH news agency Patria.

The police acted on the received report and conducted an investigation, and a doctor from the Zvornik Health Center determined that the death occurred by violent means, as there were visible injuries on the body, most likely inflicted with a blunt object.

During the criminal investigation, H.O. admitted to the police officers of the Osmaci Police Station that he committed the crime of murdering his wife and was arrested. Today, he will be handed over to the District Public Prosecutor's Office in Bijeljina with a report for further proceedings.

During the investigation, a certain number of items and traces were seized and will be sent for further forensic examination, and an autopsy of the deceased F.H.'s body will also be performed.
