Indirect tax revenues in January 2025 amounted to 880 million KM

(Patria) - Indirect tax revenues in January 2025 amounted to 880 million KM, an increase of 11 million KM or 1.25% compared to the same period in 2024 when they stood at 869 million KM.

After the Administration refunded VAT to taxpayers who exercised their legal right to a refund in the amount of 180 million KM, the net collected revenues distributed to beneficiaries in January 2025 — namely the state, entities, and Brčko District — amounted to 700 million KM.

REVENUE DISTRIBUTION IN JANUARY 2025

For the financing of state institutions in January 2025, an amount of 82 million KM was allocated. The remainder of the collected indirect tax revenues went to the entities and Brčko District. Thus, the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina received 369 million KM from the single account, the Republika Srpska 207 million KM, and Brčko District 21 million KM.

Based on the special toll for highway construction and the construction and reconstruction of other roads (0.25 KM), the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina received an additional 20 million KM, the Republika Srpska 13 million KM, and Brčko District 675 thousand KM. The difference represents a reserve in the special toll account in the amount of 0.25 KM.
