Is Semir Efendić Approaching Senad Šepić's Independent Bloc?

Patria - The media continue to buzz about Aljoša Čampara's resignation from the position of SDA Presidency member.

Besides the resignation opening the question of forming a new government in Sarajevo Canton, statuses and comments on social networks also reveal new possible combinations on the political scene.

Namely, after the Independent Bloc leader, through a status update, exposed the previous positions of both Čampara and Dino Konaković, a discussion developed about a possible change of heart, as well as joint cooperation in the fight against Bakir's SDA.

However, what most media outlets missed is that Semir Efendić was among the first to like Šepić's status, in which he stated that Konaković had "Seka as a favorite 'professor', and Aljoša with Asim 'finished off' both Šepić and others whom Bakir wanted as his boss."

The mayor of Novi Grad Sarajevo municipality and an SDA candidate in the upcoming elections is one of the main participants in the "Asim" affair, and the public claims that the entire affair was prepared by Čampara and Efendić to overthrow Bakir's candidate for the head of Sarajevo SDA, Fikret Prevljak.

Now, Čampara, in the resignation letter he submitted to the SDA Main Board, mentions the "Asim" affair as the key reason, and in his status, Senad Šepić exposes both Čampara and Konaković, which Efendić likes.

Semir Efendić certainly does not have a political future in the SDA, and it is certain that he will seek other political profiles, as he is one of the most promising politicians in the country.

With yesterday's message supporting Šepić's stance on both Čampara (a recent political ally) and Konaković (with whom Efendić has a long-standing animosity), is Efendić moving closer to the Independent Bloc, a party that is running in 30 municipalities across the country in these elections, showing strength particularly in Krajina and central Bosnia, and with Efendić, they would gain strong support in Sarajevo, thus entering the fight at the very top of politics in BiH.
