TRANSLATION OF THE LETTER Ljubić put all his cards on the table: Sanction Dodik, and allow us to introduce apartheid!

(Patia) - The President of the Main Council of the Croatian National Assembly (HNS), Božo Ljubić, sent a letter to international officials regarding the current political crisis in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Among other things, he pointed out that in the BiH entity of Republika Srpska, Serbian nationalists and separatists led by the SNSD and Milorad Dodik are in power, blocking the work of BiH institutions and undertaking legal and political steps aimed at the division of BiH. 

With this letter, the HDZ has definitively put all its cards on the table. It called for sanctioning Dodik, but also for enabling the introduction of apartheid in Bosnia and Herzegovina. This is a sign that those political parties advocating for a civic model of BiH's organization no longer have time to wait!

“From the perspective that dominates in the Sarajevo-centric domestic and international public, the situation in BiH looks very simple. In the RS entity, Serbian nationalists and separatists led by the SNSD and Milorad Dodik are in power, blocking the work of BiH institutions and undertaking legal and political steps aimed at the division of BiH, i.e., the independence of RS.

In this process, they are supported by Serbia, Russia, and China, which seek to realize their strategic interests in the Western Balkans through RS. They are assisted by „Croatian nationalists“ who, under the guise of advocating for legitimate political representation, work on establishing a „third entity“. Dodik's and SNSD's policy, which leads to a blockade of the state and the independence of RS, is opposed by the so-called „pro-Bosnian“ forces that want a whole and unified BiH”, wrote Ljubić.

If things are viewed in that way, Ljubić pointed out, then the solution is also quite simple. 

“Through political pressures and sanctions, weaken and topple Dodik and the SNSD, while simultaneously supporting the opposition in RS and strengthening the „pro-Bosnian“ forces that strive for the preservation of the state and EU and NATO integrations. Unfortunately, the political situation in BiH is much more complex and requires taking into account various other political parameters and contexts. Among other things, the fact that there is also a „third side“ in BiH. Besides RS and the „pro-Bosnian bloc“, there are also Croats, i.e., the parties gathered around the Croatian National Assembly of BiH (HNS BiH). As one of the three constituent peoples, in accordance with the Dayton Peace Agreement (DPA) and the BiH Constitution, Croats should be institutionally and politically equal with Bosniaks and Serbs, but, unfortunately, Croats are not only unequal with Bosniaks and Serbs, but the very constitutionality of Croats in BiH is directly threatened. The greatest responsibility for such a state of affairs, if we exclude war suffering, obstructions to return, and asymmetric solutions in the Constitution, lies with the parties and political actors from the so-called „pro-Bosnian bloc“ who have used and abused the interventions of international representatives in the Election Law and the constitutions of the entities”, wrote Ljubić, adding:

“The very name „pro-Bosnian bloc“, as well as its composition (which includes both nominally national and so-called civic parties based in Sarajevo: SDA, DF, SDP, NS, NiP, SBB) says a lot not only about that bloc but also about the overall political relations in BiH. Namely, the „pro-Bosnian bloc“ is an expression of Bosniak electoral will. Of the total number of votes that the parties of the „pro-Bosnian bloc“ receive in elections, less than 1% of the votes come from BiH citizens who declared themselves as Croats or Serbs in the officially valid census. Therefore, it can be said with full right that the „pro-Bosnian bloc“ is actually a pro-Bosniak bloc. In doing so, it should be borne in mind that Bosniaks are only one of the three constituent peoples mentioned in the DPA and the BiH Constitution.”

Such an open stance from Ljubić comes after intense warnings from those who know where the 'compromise' leads, which is so ardently advocated by policies working on the 'legitimate' division of the state. 
This was stated yesterday by academician Esad Duraković, who emphasized that Bosnian patriots should know one thing: If BiH falls apart, it will not be due to the political power of Dodik and Čović, but due to the Bosniak compromise with them – consent to thickening ethnic lines and creating three entities that will end in secession.

„It cannot happen without the consent of the „third side“; even Palmer cannot force patriots to do that. The point is that the so-called guardians of BiH, after its severe torment, could say: Well, that was a force majeure... Nothing could be done…

If BiH fails, it will fail because of its false defenders, primarily from the Bosniak corpus. And „Bosniakistan“ would be the European Gaza here”, said Duraković.
