Recommendation for BiH suppliers to sign an annex to the cooperation agreement with Mercator BH

At the meeting of the Negotiating Team of Konzum suppliers, formed by the Employers' Association of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, with representatives of Konzum BiH and the Mercator business system, held in Sarajevo, an invitation was extended to BiH suppliers to sign an annex to the business cooperation agreement with Mercator BH and continue normal business cooperation with Konzum BiH, after the conditions were met, i.e., the decision of the Agrokor Provisional Creditors' Council on the separation of Konzum BiH and Mercator BH, and the recapitalization of Konzum BiH.

The Agrokor Provisional Creditors' Council last week in Zagreb made a decision to grant consent to the extraordinary commissioner for the recapitalization of Konzum BiH in the amount of 68.7 million KM through the companies Ledo Čitluk and Sarajevski kiseljak.

The Council also supported the decision for Agrokor to provide Konzum BiH with fresh liquidity in the amount of up to 29.7 million KM.
