Semir Smajić (35), President of SBB Srebrenica and RS, Passes Away

(Patria) - Suddenly, due to a heart attack, Semir Smajić from Srebrenica passed away today at the age of 35, announced the Alliance for Better Future (SBB).

Smajić was the president of SBB Srebrenica and SBB RS.

"Furthermore, as a very successful young entrepreneur, he was the owner of the private company 'AS Style' from Srebrenica and a long-time activist and worker, initiator of many actions in Srebrenica regardless of party affiliation.

Smajić was an extremely influential politician of SBB and a member of this party since its founding. He is survived by his parents, wife, and two children.

According to current information, the funeral will most likely be held on Sunday, about which the public will be specifically informed.

Smajić was an extremely calm person and a man who above all loved his region and desired its renewal and prosperity.

He was equally respected by all people due to his exceptional tolerance, success, and enthusiasm that he spread with his presence and actions.

On the occasion of this irreparable loss for the family, but also a great loss for Srebrenica and society as a whole, numerous telegrams of condolence have been sent to the Smajić family," announced SBB.
